3. This form initiates request for confirmation Current Residents (Seller) has satisfied all financial obligations with the HCFCA HOA for Lot #____
 
B. This form also provides both HCFCA administrative and/or Emergency contact information for Residents-to-be (Buyer) resident in Lot # ____
1. Name and contact information of Buyer(s) is required for each adult resident in order to update HCFCA administrative and emergency contact purposes
